It would cause the economy to crash since everyone from satanists, Muslims, pizzerias, every "inner city" person, every protester on the left (But also the far right ones that end up making conservatives look bad), every person who says "Black Lives Matter", all of the media, every college, all Antifa, all liberals, every single Democrat, Godzilla, every woman who accuses a Republican of sexual assault, anyone who thinks school shootings are bad, every immigrant, every abortion provider, whew, the state of California, bands who don't want to find brown M&Ms, Marxists, socialists, the Obamas, the Clintons, Venezuela, every unemployed person, everybody on welfare and food stamps, the people who hid Barack Obama's birth certificate, Bill Browder, Sergei Magnitsky, the ACLU, the Tides Foundation, Spectrum 7, and quite possibly the Open Society Foundations.

Freeze Soros bucks, we've got a problem. No Soros Bucks means no economy. Unless you were to... redistribute Soros bucks.
