He made the following comment on CBS News: Obama started all this and is getting the reaction he desires
I don't know if the FBI will even care.
He used what I believe to be his real name and had a location in South Dakota.

(8,000 posts)to the FBI too. He was talking about starting right wing wars on FB. A few weeks later he said he was "taking a break from FB" and he never returned to his page. He may have started another one, but I'm pretty sure they must have talked to him.

(25,300 posts)Although it seems his targets are antifa....worth reporting though cuz he could be dangerous.
I reported that FB commentor at FBI.gov
It says, "See something. Say something".
So, if it seems it bit frivilous they've got, "See something say something" up on their site.

(8,000 posts)and if it was filled with that sort of stuff, I'd have reported it. They can easily decide if it's worth looking at him.

(12,213 posts)I live in a town home complex.
One of our neighbors has gatherings, and his next door neighbor is a guy and his boyfriend. They are nice people. They are both from Russia, and had very recently moved here.
One of the Russian guys knows A LOT about computers, etc, and he's always bringing over gadgets to make the gatherings more enjoyable.
After talking, I found he makes his living as an Uber driver. We don't live in an "upscale" area by any means, but we are in So Cal, so renting a townhouse with 2 people would not be cheap. At that time he drove a high end, huge, brand new SUV. And every 6 months or so, I've noticed he has a second brand new upscale vehicle parked in front of his unit. Then, from time to time, they have other tenants from Russian staying with them.
We went over to our friend's house one evening, and the Russian guy was out there. The few people there all seemed on edge. I found out that one of the neighbors had been complaining about the Russian guy, and claiming he had been "hacking into his internet service." The Russian guy ended up calling the police because he said the guy was getting violent.
Another time, my wife and I were at the mailboxes, and the Russian guy was pulling his stuff out of the mailbox. He had a couple dozen large envelopes in his hands. We commented on it, "Wow. That's a lot of fan mail." He dismissed it and walked away.
Again, I know I'm sounding paranoid, but I can't help but thinking there is something going on with this guy MORE than just being an Uber driver.
I don't know him at all, but he really seems like a nice guy. I just wanted to get this off my chest.

(25,300 posts)Probably scam and mob related. Sometimes they run prostitution and human smuggling rings.

(4,544 posts)and aren't very sociable. Ordinarily, I wouldn't think much of it, and I tend not to be judgmental. But these days? I also notice a lot of money being spent, like on remodeling the house, and lots of cars. Different cars all the time. Nice cars. Cars being towed in and out of the well-fenced and gated back yard, often late at night. Don't know about any computer or hacking stuff, though. The wife says she works in healthcare. He doesn't appear to work, unless it's with the cars (often noisy, too). So, yeah, I wonder, too. I'm in CA, too. And yeah, there's a lot of Russian mob activity in California and has been for many years. I try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt, but who knows... Just letting you know you aren't alone.

(12,213 posts)This guy also gave me a dirty look when I mentioned (at one of the gatherings) how I hated Trump. And he quit associating with me after that. He walked in, said hi to everyone. Gave some hugs, he headed toward me and my wife, saw us and changed directions. We looked at each other, like "what the hell?"

(4,544 posts)Hence, they would also not be Trump fans. Who knows!
I don't talk to my neighbors about much because mostly they don't understand me very well anyway, and I definitely don't understand them. I've wondered about their politics, but wouldn't ask.

(12,213 posts)and Putin. Especially after I heard the neighbor complaining about his hacking. Then it hit me that he was an Uber driver, from Russia, had a brand new beautiful SUV, renting a large townhouse; new cars always in his garage; all kinds of computers; always bringing tons of food to the gatherings. :/ None of my business I know, but I couldn't help finding it didn't add up. I think you guys are right about the mob.
