Hilarious - What would Ina Garten serve tRump for dinner?

In case you don't already enjoy Chef Ina Garten, read below to find what she'd serve for dinner to Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Beto O'Rourke and, last, but not least, Donald tRump.

[link:https://www.msn.com/en-us/foodanddrink/foodnews/ina-garten-revealed-what-she-would-serve-trump-for-dinner-and-it%e2%80%99s-a-grade-a-roast/ar-BBOYcUt?li=BBnb7Kz|

<snip>
At the event, Garten was asked to play a game in which interviewer Frank Bruni listed a politician and Garten had to say what she would serve them at a dinner party.

Eater reports that Garten said she would serve Elizabeth Warren “lobster macaroni and cheese,” Beto O’Rourke “pulled pork shoulder with maple beans, cornbread, and a kale salad,” and Joe Biden “something fun, like a lobster and clambake.”

Then, she was asked what she might serve Trump. Garten paused, then said, simply, “A subpoena.” (According to BuzzFeed, she then laughed for “a solid 10 seconds.”)

That gets you an "Atta' Girl", Ina!

Seems in my memory hole I'm confident she held a government position.

He has the palate of a 5 year old. If it's not greasy fast food, he will only eat things like meatloaf or overdone steak with ketchup. No wonder he doesn't eat out in restaurants very often.

tRump wouldn't dare eat out in a restaurant unless it was at one of his clubs. Talk about being a prime target for verbal tirades - Whew! - not to mention what might go on in that closed door kitchen if they got wind that The Rump was the customer! "No sir, that's not spittle. It's one of the new food fads...Foam! Bon Appetit!"

"Tomatillo agar fluid gel pudding". Now, doesn't that sound appetizing? As far as what it's adorning, my best guess would be either salmon or perhaps a very rare roast beef.

I think that's why he gets KFC ad McDonald's carry out so often, so the White House chefs can't poison him. You know though, they could always sneak something into the WH ketchup bottle.

Used to watch her faithfully, but since I moved our schedules don't mesh.

BTW she was featured in the Sunday newspaper supplement Parade, which is only about 8 pages, but it includes two of her favorite recipes. Hope to try them!

She was chopping a jalapeno pepper and kept warning viewers "how hot" jalapenos are. She used the word "intensely hot" and I just laughed. Jalapenos are only a few Scoville Units hotter than a banana pepper, so that struck me so funny.

In terms of technique, I find her rather sloppy, spilling all over the place. Can't say that I am better, but I don't have a cooking show. Just my opinion, but she does win on her statement.
