(3,030 posts)5. Obama's main fault on judges was a very slow start in nominating judges
after he was first elected. I follow nominations very closely, and I distinctly recall being very frustrated that he wasn't nominating many judges in his first year or two of his administration.

(he kept it for the Supreme Court where it was ended by McConnell.)
