The worse thing about - I told them so - is

Nobody listened then (mostly due to trolls like Adam B)

And

Nobody listens, even now.

Toys R Us didn't have to DIE!

Here's the details from my DK article, back in 2013; which tried to forewarn that - once we stopped Toys R Us going IPO (again) - Bankruptcy was inevitable!

BUT - of course - Toys R Us has that "bankruptcy" option that is the REAL RICO Romney Gang's way of doing business. You can't blame them. If you know you could steal City Hall, because you own a federal prosecutor, you guarantee yourself NO Loss with a bankruptcy that stiffs all the creditors. (Like Traub did with Petters Ponzi stiffing Ritchie Capital on Polaroid and then giving Polaroid for free back to Traub).

FORTUNATELY - we have good reporters on the case. Rmuse is a journalist with PoliticusUSA.com and he just published this recent story asking the question "IF" (it should be when) - is Toys R Us going to file bankruptcy.

1. I sued Trump to block Jay Clayton as head of SEC

to prevent calamities such as this; but the Clerk of D.C. District Court broke the law, by refusing to docket my case - until After - Jay Clayton was confirmed.

Worse is coming and more major harms will be done.

Take note - the parties who took Toys R Us private, in 2006 (after Bain Capital stole Kay Bee & eToys) - are the same 3 parties who insisted non bankrupting/ ending Toys R Us..

9. New York Times article about our eToys - resulted in cancelling Toys R Us IPO

IMO - Romney had dinner with Trump - so that nobody else could sit in on the conversation (and they knew I would make any secret meeting, look specious.

After Mitt & Donald had their chitchat - Trump pushed forward on the nomination of Jay Clayton as SEC Commissioner and nomination of Colm Connolly for Delaware District Court Judge.
