1st order of a new Democratic House is a bill to provide all voting Americans with a a voter ID card that ensures everyone can vote. 100MM voters x $10 bucks = $2 Billion to make Democracy Great Again. That is really small money.

...why not fix the voting process altogether:

Paper ballots that can be machine read and countable by humans if a recount is required.

I live in PA and our machines are old and do not create any kind of paper trail.
