(3,344 posts)It might go to the courts to decide (it is not a decision the President can make). If the country was operating normally, I couldn't imagine any reason why Congress would not get the tax returns.

I would think Mueller could turn them over to Congress unless he gets fired first.
I am hoping for some indictments tomorrow. Doubt they would come but it sure would be nice.
