(50,928 posts)Would do it again if they provide a valid reason or reasons. They have not endorsed anyone in my area since that first and only time back in the 1980's.
I would say there are fewer Republicans that would meet the union endorsement requirement.

(90,766 posts)I've never had to go through the contortions of trying to explain how voting for a republican is somehow not really voting for a republican because a republican is somehow not really a republican.
Never made sense to me either but I've heard it many times over the years. (Some) People explaining why they voted for a republican.
