Yes, democrats will spend the next few years begging for his tax returns. After much fanfare something will be released that is already known and although a crime, just doesn't matter.

Meanwhile the opposition will pretend shock and outrage about this invasion into the very records Trump said he would release voluntarily. This circus will continue for years, obfuscating the content of the trivial number records provided to the committee.

He still has all the power. Nothing practically changed, beyond optics.

completed. It insures oversight by the HOUSE, and preventing repeal of the ACA, destruction of Social Security and Medicare, and other draconian legislation that McConnel promised.
