A lot of people vote for the Republicans based on things other than policy. The Republicans are the party of white, God-fearing Christians and stuff like that. I have plenty of people like that in my family. They know almost nothing about Republican policies and would probably oppose a lot of their policy ideas if they knew what they were. I sometimes try to tell them but they don't believe me and think I am just getting my information from biased, lying sources.

You may prefer a certain package overall, but also want specific policies that are not included.
