Can Whitaker just be obstinate and obstruct any movement from Mueller?
IIRC, it was Rosenstein who announced prior indictments in the investigation. But if Rosenstein has been circumvented by Whitaker, does Whitaker call all ultimate shots?

(10,749 posts)speculating on when Mueller will release the next indictments. Some suggested today, some Friday, some after the new Congress is sworn in.
I thought today would appear "too political." No particular reason, really, other than it would seem sort of unseemly.
Now? He should release (unseal, reveal, whatever) every indictment he has already done. Every single one. Today. Before he goes home for dinner.
Then, before he's fired, he should subpoena Jeff Sessions.
