(13,485 posts)1. What I don't get is how ballot measures have 74% counted
but this race has 69% counted. They are all on the same ballots. The counting has been stalled since late last night. It's weird.

(10,500 posts)3. This is a House race but I assume that a ballot initiative is being voted on across the state.
So maybe some other congressional districts in Utah are further along in their counting.

They'd have to be counting parts of ballots or counting ballot sections separately. But they are all on the same piece of paper, the races and the measures. There are some precinct delays but you can't delay parts of the ballots, it's either the whole thing or nothing... I guess...

Have to wait till USPS delivers last ones. He could still lose this one.
