US House candidate, TX-23
UPDATE: Our team is working hard to make sure that every single ballot in #TX23 is counted. Provisional, absentee, and military/overseas ballots are still being tallied and every vote matters.
There's only 0.5 percent between us. We will not stop until every voice is heard.

If I help with the recount do I need to live in CD-23?
I read on FB that they needed to be registered to vote in CD-23, but then her field organizer said, "Registered to vote on one of the counties in CD-23".

(145,184 posts)4. That is to serve as a poll watcher
Poll watchers have to be registered voters in the district where the poll watcher is assigned. Here they may need poll watchers to watch the recount.
Any attorney who knows Texas election law could help. I will check tomorrow if I think that I can get away
