What this Vietnam Vet wants this Veterans day.

When you say you support the troops mean it:

Fund VA hospitals to the level that all vets can get the care they need without waiting.

Make mental health care readily available free of charge through government and private care facilities.

Do not support wars of convenience.

End multiple tours of duty.

Have readily available financial aid for families of active duty military.

Free lifetime tuition to college or technical schools with job placement services for veterans.

Alternative forms of voluntary federal service as an alternative to military service with the same benefits as military service.


Many more that I can't think of right now.

country in the world.
