Can We Protect Mueller?

Jeff Flake tweeted over the weekend that first thing Monday morning, he's going to be introducing legislation to protect the Mueller investigation. Given what Susan Collins has tweeted in the last few days, it sounds like she would be on board with it too. With those two voting yes, it sounds like that bill would pass the Senate. If we can get that bill through the Senate, does that protect Mueller? Or does it need to go through the House too? And can Dumbass veto it?

and if Senate Repubs want to stop it they can also filibuster it.

It would then be vetoed by Trump.

McConnell has a lot to lose from Mueller's investigation himself. He would never allow a vote on protected it.
