World Bank and IMF

last night I was watching France24 and they had an interview with Christine Lagarde of the IMF and Jim Young Kim of the World Bank.

Interesting. They talked about inequality which seems to be a bigger problem in the developed world than in emerging areas. In emerging areas where democracy is increasing a happy middle class is getting stronger. Kim warned against "anger and entitlement", the sort of thing that put trump in power and voted for Brexit and is making headway in Europe. Kim talked about training people to cope with the economic and technical changes that are taking place instead of just letting them flounder.

These people seem to have figured out what needs to be done.

They also talked about an economic crisis and said that dark clouds are forming but there was no need for a collapse.
