(26,262 posts)I have little doubt that "someone" has put together dossiers on everyone surrounding trump*. Those NDAs might be meant to cover that sort of 'evidence'.

(19,066 posts)You cannot ask a public servant to sign a NDA, and if you do it's not legally enforceable. There will be national security issues he can't discuss, but Trump can't shut him up if he wants to talk about the State of the White House and Trump.
Trump probably tried to find some other way to hold leverage over him though. Like maybe he tricked him into doing something illegal.

(26,262 posts)I know they sign 'secrecy' agreements having to do with government issues. I'm hoping that trump* doesn't have private dossiers on the people who are fleeing, that makes them nervous about spilling the 'appropriate' beans.
