Although I haven't heard if trump* has initiated any legal business against Omarossa, as of yet.

I have little doubt that "someone" has put together dossiers on everyone surrounding trump*. Those NDAs might be meant to cover that sort of 'evidence'.

You cannot ask a public servant to sign a NDA, and if you do it's not legally enforceable. There will be national security issues he can't discuss, but Trump can't shut him up if he wants to talk about the State of the White House and Trump.

Trump probably tried to find some other way to hold leverage over him though. Like maybe he tricked him into doing something illegal.

I know they sign 'secrecy' agreements having to do with government issues. I'm hoping that trump* doesn't have private dossiers on the people who are fleeing, that makes them nervous about spilling the 'appropriate' beans.

He is no innocent in all of this.

Sure he's not the worst of the the lot, but he's been doing Trump's bidding all this time.

I doubt we'll hear much from him for now. However, once Der Drumpfenfuhrer is out of office, there's a ghost-written book just waiting to be published.
