UPDATE: An earlier version of this article referred to Matthew Whitaker as a football "star." With 200 yards and two touchdowns in three seasons at Iowa, it appears he was an unspectacular player.

I was going to add Gerald Ford, but he probably had at least an inkling of being qualified....however little.

He caught 21 total passes in his three year career -- two for touchdowns. He caught a total of 2 passes his last year.
This was not Marv Cook or Dallas Clark.
