Its clear as day, the first amendment. If the judge has sided with the White House, it would have set an extremely dangerous precident that reporters can be banned for any reason.

That the reason the pass was pulled was totally made up and essentially accused him of assault.

To what he does next. He'll go against his ruling? Or will he'll just refuse to have any more press conferences, then attack this judge.
