(32,083 posts)Hillary used a personal, secure server. Is Ivanka doing the same, or is she using something like Gmail, or her ISP's e-mail server? If the latter is the case, it's much, much worse. That's part of the reason David Patraeus got fired. He used his Gmail for government business. So did Comey. Nobody ever hacked into the Clinton server, either.

(14,750 posts)You know that's EXACTLY why the trump crim family uses personal accounts, and non-gov encryption devices and apps to communicate.
They don't want evidence lying around, and would raher take their chances nobody will do anything. And, so far, they are right. The gop congress could care less, and is actually helping them.

Did he hide his back deals with the Saudi's and Israel with the use of private emails??

(19,066 posts)They changed the laws too. Hillary did nothing illegal by deleting those 30,000 emails. Ivanka will have broken this law if she pressed delete on a single email from the account she used for government business.
The law put into place because Hillary's lawyers deleted those 30,000 emails they deemed were personal.
