This law is very clear, once Ivanke used their personal email for government business, she forfeited the right to delete a single email off from that email account, if she did so she committed a crime. Who doesn't click delete daily?

This is the law they put in place because, "Hillary deleted 30,000 emails, Er-mer-gerd!"
