I think he's dumb about almost everything but how to con people. Of course when a stupid person thinks they are smart and they are evil and they are President, not a good recipe.

Now days, he's speaking at a 3rd grade level at best. To listen to him or read transcripts of his speeches is mind-numbing.

And he's certainly a narcissist.

That said, when Trump tweets or states something outrageous, I hesitate to agree with those who say he's delusional. Generally speaking, I think he's very intentional or purposeful. He does what he needs to do to maintain his cult following and dominate the news.
