Acts ever carried out by a Democratic leader.

By giving cover to Trump's lies (which even Trump's SECSTATE and SECDEF admitted were untrue he has created a door for ear on Iran.

He has also been relatively quiet about the mountain of crimes conducted by the House of Saud.

He has on the other hand gotten large donations from the hard core "Israel is always right" Libby.

There will never be, unlike Reid, any trees chopped down to print a chapter in a future"Profiles of Courage" book.

With respect to Israel, his views are not in sync with the most progressive wing of the Democratic Party.

And with respect to the Iran Deal, he went against President Obama.

I am definitely more a fan of the junior senator from NY than the senior one.

Who are your favorite senators?

Both Tom Udall and Marty Heinrich have done well for us and, I think, for the Democratic Party in general. Solid but unspectacular.

As far as "best" though, I'd probably have to come down with Illinois- some fine established leadership with Dick Durbin, and fabulous new leadership with Tammy Duckworth.
