A new court ruling is set to destroy the main Republican talking point about Russian 'collusion'

One of the most common defenses of President Donald Trump and his associates as Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation has heated up is that “collusion” is not a crime, even if Mueller can prove that it took place. It’s a favorite claim of Trump and Rudy Giuliani.

To some degree, this is just wordplay. There is no federal statute that explicitly defines “collusion” or makes it a crime, so of course that would not be literally spelled out on any of the Mueller team’s dozens of indictments, convictions, and plea agreements with U.S. and Russian suspects.


In the decision, D.C. District Judge Dabney Friedrich, a Trump appointee, ruled Mueller can proceed with indictments against Concord Management and Consulting, a Russian company accused of helping manage a “troll farm” that used social media to broadcast election propaganda to the United States.

Its criminal conspiracy that's what they're trying to prove , and will against trump and his gang of criminals, including many republicans in Congress. And its against our county that they'll be charged with , but trump and his team are trying once again to deceive the public by repeating collusion knowing its not a crime. When all along they already have shown they colluded when Jr met with the intent to receive stolen emails no matter if he actually got them or not from that russian meeting in trump tower. Conspiracy can also be an act of treason, and I think there will be people charged with that , which could carry the death penalty for some, and should. The criminal part of it when uncovered will show a long history and pattern of corruption and crimes they've had a career of doing without being caught, and tax fraud, which again this family will be shown to have committed over and over again. trump was pretty stupid not realizing he'd be uncovered , and then his family also if he ran for public office. Now he claims its a hoax , and fake, but the truth will again show he's the liar and the fraud, and the criminal we all thought he was all along. Just like he claimed he wanted to talk to Mueller when in fact he was scared to knowing he'd have to lie and commit perjury, but again claimed it was a perjury trap, which it is , for liars and criminals.
