With nachos on his face.. OTOH he will take the snake Hannity path like the water board incident... Agree to do it then slither out if it till the news cycle changes and it's forgotten.

That statement is wrong and dangerous. Knowing how people do stupid stuff. I looked it up and pepper spray is not 'edible' do to the chemicals used to keep it in solution.
