Over the first five days, it brought in about 15.5 million. On day 6, it brought in about 700K. Over the last 24 hours? 300K.

Could be that it's almost Christmas and people are doing other things. Or, as I tend to believe, everyone who was really enthusiastic about the wall donated right away because they were excited. Now that they're done, there's nobody left and it's drying up.

Everyone is scattered to the four winds now. Mom in law is back in her village in the northwest. Daughters, boyfriend (Germany) and baby granddaughter are on their way down to the Lake of Constance, and fiancé to the other daughter is on a plane form NYC to Zürich, where he will rent a car and drive up to Germany and join the others before they all drive off for a couple of days of skiing in Austria while my wife and I head for South Carolina via Paris and Atlanta in about 3 hours.

There is never a dull moment, believe me!

Yelm resident J.Z. Knight is apparently a supporter of one man’s campaign to raise $1 billion in private donations to build President Donald Trump’s wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

On Thursday, a “JZ Knight” donated $10,000 to the GoFundMe campaign called, “We The People Will Fund The Wall.”

Knight claims to channel the spirit of a man named Ramtha who lived more than 30,000 years ago. She runs a school in Yelm that purports to pass on his teachings.

Only three other donors gave more money than the $10,000 for the the wall campaign, which organizer Brian Kolfage says will be donated to the government.
