I'm more depressed than Lindsay Graham

I thought about getting on Lindsay Graham’s website and sending him this message, but I’m not a constituent so I knew it would be a complete waste of time. So I’m posting it here. And if any of his constituents feel resonance with any of this, please borrow.

Lindsay Graham, how did you descend to this point of cheering on a con man to declare a state of emergency to build a meaningless political symbol? Don't you of all people understand how destructive this is? When you railed against Obama for taking on too much power was that just because he was a democrat? I just don't understand how you could be fooling yourself over this. Or maybe rationalizing a means to an end. Or something, I don't know what. When Fox News first pushed Trump into this ridiculous position over the wall I wondered what was motivating them. I wondered if they we're trying to set up Trump into a dictator and end our democracy. I really did. But then it occurred to me that this may just be pique over the midterm results. Really? Is that what this is about? Just a stupid "cant let the other side win?" The other question I end up with you is, do they have something on you? Are you compromised in some way? You said you were depressed when you realized your efforts to promote a compromise were failing on Trump's end. Well good job, now Im depressed by you jumping on the state of emergency band wagon. If John McCain is looking on, he's probably depressed as well.

Apparently, John McCain was his moral compass. When McCain died, Graham lost that. emulatorloo Jan 2019 #3

the federal workers, the border land owners, the border patrol, the senate republicans and our media have all stayed quiet about the only person to blame for shutdown because of the fear trump will retaliate. That is how a dictatorship rules.

Now he is threatening the victims of wildfires and hurricanes that he will take their fema money while Mitch, Lindsey and Marco claim they are powerless.

WE ARE NOW A DICTATORSHIP.

I’m feeling a bit less depressed after reading this. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2019/01/11/lindsey-graham-is-depressed-doesnt-know-what-do-can-we-help/?utm_term=.db135200d7ab

Also, Morning Joe took him to task as well.

I don’t fool myself into thinking their ideas will really penetrate whatever weird state he’s fallen into, but at least I know their comments will be heard by him.
