What will it take for Red Don to be arrested, I mean today? As a nation I don't think we can stand

much more and I would think as the illegitimate POTUS, his actions warrant removal, by arrest from the Oval Office. Need to run to the store but look forward to your thoughts.

Impeachment is the mechanism for removal from office. Dr Hobbitstein Jan 2019 #1
BUT......he doesn't legitimately hold that office. Impeachment doesn't apply. shraby Jan 2019 #2

Legitimacy is bestowed by the Electoral College. They cast their electoral votes for him and thus he occupies the office legitimately, like it or not.

There is simply no mechanism, no legal recourse to enact the sort of solution you’re imagining here. If we want him out (and obviously, we do!) the only path is impeachment followed by conviction (likelihood virtually nil) or by beating his ugly orange ass in 2020.

All else is fantasy.

Let's not quibble about "if" he is a traitor any longer.

Its ridiculous that a criminal stays in the WH.

Aided by other criminals in the Senate.

Putin is poised to administer a crushing blow through drumphsli any day now.

or the equally unlikely use of Section 4 of the 25th Amendment there is no lawful way to remove him from authority. Reality is a harsh mistress.
