Three=year budgets might do the trick and they must be passed within 90 days of a new President taking office. Just a starting point to think about.

And the only ones that suffer...are Americans in between. Reminds me of an old Abbott and Costello skit where Abbott and another man get in a fight and instead of punching each other, they push Lou back and forth between them.

..whether they will do them as long as Republicans still have any power is another question entirely.
