Honest questions that I am unsure of.

1) Has Trump, or anyone in government, ever received competitive bids for this wall boondoggle?

2) Is there a delineated and precise statement of work for this project?

3) If competitive bids have not been received, has anyone obtained at least ROM (rough order of magnitude) proposals?

4) Is there a plan on how to deal with the what probably would be certain cost overruns on this project?

Let's assume that Trump folds and decides to open up the government, therefore allowing negotiations on the wall to begin. How in the ever loving hell does anyone expect that negotiations on border security can include this "wall" or "barrier" without any of the above items? This is 5.7 billion dollars he is asking for. How is anyone expected to perform due diligence and appropriate that kind of money without some details? I can't believe any of the above has been done, because that asshole in the Whitehouse changes his diseased mind every 5 minutes on what he is asking for. Trump himself has no fucking idea what he is asking for....he just wants his $5.7 billion.

I'm waiting for the local Lowe's to stock that see-through concrete in convenient bags.

otherwise the only "wall" building going on is fencing previously funded that the sitting fascist is now calling the wall or peaches or something. Usual SOP he trying to take credit for something he nothing to do with, lies, moves the goalposts.

Doesn't matter, in the end he proclaim victory and brag how he saved the world from toddler refugees and their mothers.
