Gov. Northam should resign. Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax should step in and begin a new day for Virginia.

grab by the GOP...also, I do think even if the governor appoints the Lt Governor...he would have to run next years...it is complicated no matter what. I see no reason to assume the risk.

to black Virginians? Who cares that, knowing better than anyone how their state government works and they fully understand the ramifications of the governor stepping down, they seem to want him gone?
