BREAKING: Gov. Northam acknowledges ANOTHER "Black Face" incident...

...as a way to deny that he's in the Yearbook. I don't think this is helping...

(Apparently he remembers darkening his face to look like Michael Jackson at a dance contest in San Antonio)
