7. This is that act that the adoption issue Putin wants removed, is connected to.

Remember the meeting in June 2016 in Trump Tower with the Russian woman, and several of the Trump campaign team members, including Trump Jr., Kushner, and Manafort? One of the stories is that it was to discuss "adoptions."

In retaliation for the Magnitsky Act, Putin put a clamp on adoptions of Russian babies by Americans. That may be a simplistic description, but that's basically the deal on that.

Putin was really ticked off about the Magnitsky Act, one reason being that it affected the stream and transference of billions in Russian money in some way.

A Russian puppet would not adhere to the Magnitsky Act.
