Does anybody think it would be possible to reverse the judicial appointments made under Mitch McConnell? He is able to stack the courts with conservative judges because of his refusal to do his job under Obama.
It seems to my nonlegal mind that that kind of precedent cannot stand!

(12,344 posts)Take back the Senate and Presidency in 2020 and there are things we can do to mitigate it that will break McConnell's heart, but we ca talk about it then.

The major change over the past 30 years is the precision with which the right produces judges. These people are trained, vetted, and prepared for confirmation from law school forward.

He totally out-played Harry Reid politically, and this is the result.

(30,613 posts)Given the criminal proclivities of every Trump nominee we've ever looked at, one can reasonably assume that every one of his judicial nominees is a really bad criminal. Investigate, impeach, and remove them. One by one.
