and threatening everyone to leave the POS alone, or else. He was caught, and amazingly might be finally telling the truth to help his family and himself.

He has a chance to redeem himself in the eyes of the court and hope that his testimony will has some mitigating effect on his prison time. So, I'd say, yeah, he probably is sleepless.

I'm not a fan of all of Stiller's work, but that was cool.
