Watching a discussion on MSGOP about how trump cannot testify because he is fundamentally incapable

Of telling the truth or acting legally in his personal and professional affairs. This is the president of the United stares we are talking about. I guess I am struck by how casual this conversation is, no one seems alarmed.

"My client can't testify because he always lies. Therefore he will incriminate himself. Therefore he can't possibly testify."
