It'll happen when Democrats get control of the senate ALSO, and not before.

Itm, we'll no doubt be hearing from the usual faces about how this is the Democrats' failure. The Republicans apparently never have existed for them. Never had to because these dogs have never managed to catch the rabbit, much less come within sight of the Republican bus.

The right is spinning such utter bullshit. Bourassa was on the tube this morning saying if the GND was enacted, families would pay $65,000 a year for electricity. He must have been spelunking near Don's derriere and brought out what he found.
