8. Biden has been accused of this kind of thing umpteen times. I see no reason to disbelieve her.

It isn't the end of the world, what he did to her, but it isn't right and he really ought to know better by now. He has gotten into trouble for this kind of things many times over the years. He should have learned to cut it out. And he hasn't.
