Did anyone see a story in the NYT headlined something like...

"Why do 25-30 percent of the population control us" ?

I've tried Google in Google News and just regular, can't find it. It would have been in last Saturday or Sunday's paper. I wanted to read it because it cited percentages of Trump supporters distinctly lower than 40%.
