You can say it doesn't matter, but THIS QUESTION is being asked by millions of Americans:
With all that is publicly known about Trump efforts to impede "the Russia investigation"--- 'Russia if you're listening'; the Trump Tower meeting; 'I love it!,' etc---HOW IN HELL IS THERE NO OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE?
So far, there is but one answer: Trump is above the law.
