After the Barr Letter, Rachel Maddow argued the actual report was a guide for impeachment.

All indications from this afternoon appear this assessment to be correct.

Of course, after the Barr Letter, she was mocked and belittled by many for what they claimed was a wild-goose chase into Trump's connections with Russia and subsequent efforts to obstruct the investigations.

In the end, however, she was right. The report bears out a lot of things she brought up on her shows over the past two years.
