Democrats: Damned if you impeach, damned if you don't

Damned/Impeach: 2020 is 18 months away. Impeach at the peril of losing another 4 years to Trump.

Damned/Don't Impeach: Russia can still swing the election to Trump no matter how great our nominee is and our reticence to impeach. IOW, it won't matter as Trump will still be in the WH. Plus, Russia will have four more years to reach more states and districts.

It may be more advantageous to have Congress focus on Russian interference and try to protect the integrity of our vote and voting.

What the fuck does that even mean? NOT starting impeachment proceedings will depress our side! Doing an investigation will not help Trump!

(Medicare for All, shoring up workers' rights, economic redistribution from the 1%, etc.) will cost Democrats not only the WH but seats in the House and Senate.

I'm not advocating this argument or the other. I'm advocating that the seminal problem still exists: Russians throwing the election(s).
