6. I want to know if the shooter knew or was a relative

of one of the victims. A woman was on the local San Diego news and I only saw her once but she was friends with one of the victims and she also knew the shooter and said he was the victim's brother I think. I have a feeling there is more to this since I only saw her once. I am hoping it was a personal issue more than a hate crime.
