Trump doubles lies over last 7 months...now at over 10,000, with 171 in just 3 days last week

President Donald Trump has started lying at an unprecedented pace — and Washington Post fact checker Glenn Kessler told CNN on Monday that the president has now totaled more than 10,000 false or misleading claims through the course of his presidency.

This milestone is particularly remarkable, Kessler said, because Trump was at just 5,000 lies this past September — which means he doubled his total in a span over the span of a mere seven months.

“That’s an average of about 23 false or misleading claims a day in the last seven months,” Kessler explained.

In fact, Trump rocketed past 10,000 lies over the span of a mere three days last week when he made a stunning 171 false claims in just three days. According to Kessler’s breakdown, Trump made 45 bogus claims in his interview with Sean Hannity, 24 during his speech at the National Rifle Association, and a whopping 61 during his campaign rally on Saturday.
