What scares me the most is, at this point, no one close to Trump will tell him he is wrong.

He's wrong about everything...most recently, trade and tariffs.

No one will tell him he is wrong, because he has groomed those close to him to be afraid of him. Let me rephrase that...there is no one close to him, not even his kids, because he is an unlovable shitbag. So anyone that has the opportunity to give him input is not close to him in a truly personal and honest way.

No one would even tell him before walking up the steps of Air Force One that he had toilet paper stuck to his shoe.

And while I'm thinking about it, how did that goddamn piece of toilet paper get stuck to his shoe? It's not like the POTUS is walking into bathrooms with piss and toilet paper on the floor. He's walking into spotless bathrooms. So do your best to suppress your disgust and horror as you realize that the President of the United States has difficulty wiping his own ass.

My later father was like Trump, very authoritarian, always right, and vindictive. It only got worse when he incrementally got dementia.

He shouldn't have been driving. My brother, sister, and I discussed "taking away his keys," but decided he'd only go buy another car. Just because he could. And we'd be out of the Will.

Living alone, his house became beyond messy; it was unsanitary. Stuff like he wouldn't walk his puppy and it would shit all over the place. When I tried to bend down to clean the dried excrement, he'd scream at me. I had to fight every impulse to scream back at him. But my sister would warn me that if I did, I'd be out of the Will.

Fast Forward: Dad died. He had 1-1/2 million in his Estate. Guess what? We were ALL left out of the Will. And he left $35,000 to the neighbor across the street who kissed his ass.

My point: Guys like Trump and my father know they have leverage against you and remind you all the time that *you* control what they do, not them.

If you don't care; if you have ethics; if you can afford to walk away from their rages and threats, you have a chance.
