7. They don't have to change a vote on election day ...

(and I doubt they did, though wouldn't rule it out)

All they have to do is remove voter registrations, or change addresses so as to prevent them from receiving proper instructions or perhaps from being ABLE to vote on election day ... just off the top of my head.

Once you're into registration roles, if you manage to attain WRITE privileges (which generally includes insert/update/delete) to the database ... you can hack an election even w/o changing votes directly.

6. Only two have been identified.

Only two out of 67 counties?

(snip from article)
According to the Mueller report, the GRU operatives sent "spearphishing emails to over 120 email accounts used by Florida county officials responsible for administering the 2016 U.S. election." The emails included an attached Word document that had malware coded into it, which allowed the Russian hackers to infect the computers if the attachment was opened.

And, what about nation-wide?....... ........

Rethugs want us to think of this as a nothing-burger.......

8. They also want us to think that if you didn't hack the voting machines DIRECTLY

that no harm could've been caused.

In reality, if the REGISTRATION rolls were exposed to UPDATES of any kind, 'the vote' could be hacked profoundly through indirect means in the days and months leading up to election day.

Similar to how you can 'hack the vote' with voter roll 'purges', as the cheating, treasonous, filthy GOP scum ... engages in with regularity

10. +1, I got multiple LPC posters saying provisionals were counted and I found out via TRMS that not...

... all provisional ballets are counted until the person comes back and shows proof or corrects the record which is most likely never.

I wish I would've known that at the time ... I would've OP'd and top posted that point until I was TO'd

11. Yes, and not only that.....

Russians (and other international actors) use data bases like these to create pinpoint-targeted misinformation posts and ads on social media. They do it on both sides to sow turmoil and division and then bias the targeting to help the guy they want to win.

It's dirt-cheap work for them that pays off big time, but an evil international game that must somehow be stopped.....
