Just a suggestion for the next journalist who interviews him.
No point in asking IF he's paid for or arranged an abortion. There's little doubt that he has. In fact, given his sexual proclivities and prolificacy, it's virtually impossible that he hasn't. So they should skip straight to the number.

(51,651 posts)Even if it were proven I bet his cult and fundies will forgive him as usual. If it happened before he became the anti-POTUS they don't hold it against him. Hypocrites!

(9,897 posts)I don't blame any woman for making decisions to go public or remain silent in these situations, but I can certainly understand why no one would feel like being first to the party in naming themself as someone Donald Trump paid for an abortion with. The lunatic fringe on the right would immediately destroy their life without regard to anything and it would happen with dizzying speed...

(5,823 posts)"Michael Cohen, the longtime personal lawyer to President Donald Trump, negotiated a $1.6 million payment with a former Playboy model who said a top Republican donor and fundraiser impregnated her last year, the donor acknowledged Friday.
Cohen handled the settlement to the woman for Elliot Broidy, a venture-capitalist, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. Broidy served as a deputy finance chairman for the Republican National Committee along with Cohen sources familiar with the situation said he had resigned from his post Friday after the news broke.
I acknowledge I had a consensual relationship with a Playboy Playmate, Broidy said in a statement. At the end of our relationship, this woman shared with me that she was pregnant. She alone decided that she did not want to continue with the pregnancy and I offered to help her financially during this difficult period. We have not spoken since that time.
The payment bars the woman, who is based in Los Angeles, from speaking about her relationship with Broidy. The money will be paid to her in quarterly installments and the first installment was due on Dec. 1, the Journal reported."

(4,948 posts)then she could talk about that without breaking the agreement....of course that presupposes that the agreement only states Broidy, which is unlikely.

(27,850 posts)There was a time during the 2016 campaign where he went on record stating women should be "punished" for having abortions. The next time there was a debate, that should have been one of the first questions asked.
