on arresting Mr McGahn if he does appear. Anything less make the letter ridiculous.

The DOJ letter/opinion says McGahn is absolutely immune from compelled congressional testimony," but it says nothing about voluntary testimony.
So apparently McGahn can testify voluntarily, he just can't be COMPELLED to testify, in the DOJ's opinion?
