He was speaking to his audience, that's clear. I *almost* feel sorry for Republicans today. They have to keep blowing the whistle, but it always comes back to bite them. Schadenfreude -- or something like it.

I don't know how many in his audience are racists but clearly he thought a majority of them would react positively to what he was saying. Yes, he brought race into it for a purpose. I don't assume that he was mistaken in his assessment by too far a measure. Rush Limbaugh has listeners in Iowa.

(yeah, why was i even watching billo?) that he ( santorum) never uses the word *black*- he always says *african-american*---he clearly, CLEARLY said *black*...what a **&^^%&*( expletive deleted!)
