Ponder the implications - given we have a criminal as our president - if nothing can be/is done

Any of us could be tossed in jail for an unpaid speeding ticket, suspicious activities, an erroneous charge - and yet we have a petulant, boastful, narcissistic criminal president committing crimes out in the open, conspiring with another country- his very election only due to Russian interference.

I can't imagine how the office of the presidency will be devalued, how our country's standing on the world stage, not to mention the real harm the idiot's actions (and inactions) are doing to people and the environment.

This has to be it - it is time for action, not putting a finger in the air to read politics, not keeping powder dry.

What happens from this day forth will be relevant, fascinating to watch....and hopefully take us in the correct direction.

Suppose he was running down the street, guns a blazin', shooting people.

Can he even be arrested and detained?

would be much faster than impeachment.

Yes, if he was a danger to others or himself, I'm pretty sure he could be detained.

Correct me if I'm wrong, since you seem to have expertise on constitutional law....
